Accountabilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy across core business domains, ensuring alignment between technology, product, and organizational objectives.
- Design and oversee scalable solution architectures covering software systems, APIs, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and third-party integrations.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance to product, engineering, data, and infrastructure teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and system risks to support strategic investment and modernization decisions.
- Define, document, and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and design patterns.
- Support the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives by ensuring consistency, scalability, and technical integrity.
- Mentor and guide technical teams to strengthen architectural practices and enterprise-wide alignment.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within large-scale, enterprise-grade environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# in a Microsoft-based technology ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in system integration, API design, and third-party platforms such as Workday and/or Salesforce.
- Recent experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts across diverse stakeholders, including engineering, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience leading architectural decisions across multiple concurrent systems or product lines.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to balance technical constraints, business priorities, and long-term scalability.
