They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This role will also be a peer mentor and possess the ability to move from one location to another with ease.This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include:Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients’ office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as neededCustomer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality serviceMaintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperworkThis role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
