Role responsibilities
The Account Executive IV is responsible for consultative selling, relationship management, and achieving sales goals for territory and account retention. This includes managing the sales cycle for account renewals, negotiating pricing, and implementing new plan designs.
Requirements
Candidates should have a Massachusetts Life, Accident and Health Producer’s license and at least 5 years of healthcare sales account management experience. A bachelor's degree is recommended, and extensive knowledge of BCBSMA and competitors’ healthcare products is required.
