Product Specialist Rare Diseases-Lazio e Campania/Sicilia
On behalf of our Client, a leading biotech in rare diseases, IQVIA, a global leader in services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, is seeking two Product Specialist drive diseases awareness initiatives in the field of rare diseases.
WORKING AREA: Lombardy and Piemonte, residence in the metropolitan area of Milan;

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase awareness of rare diseases to support earlier diagnosis and timely referral to specialist treatment centers;
- Identify the educational needs of referring physicians in order to optimize disease awareness;
- Drive patient identification, diagnosis, and referral by executing territory strategies and account-specific plans in collaboration with the Regional Account Manager;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key specialties, including hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and internal medicine physicians, within the assigned territory;
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams at a national level to segment and prioritize referral centers, ensuring patient access to available treatments;
- Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and call activity targets in an efficient and effective manner;
- Utilize the CRM system to accurately document account profiles, pre- and post-call activities, and territory planning;
- Represent the company and its products positively while promoting awareness of rare diseases;
- Conduct all activities in compliance with the highest ethical standards and in accordance with local laws, regulations, and country codes of practice.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Scientific Degree (Law 219/06);
- Experience as pharmaceutical representative specialist-at least 3-5 year;
- Solid scientific background;
- Strong motivation to succeed;
- Experience in team-working;
- Positive attitude and strong closing skills;
- Flexibility;
- Experience in rare disease is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Excellent use of Excel;
- Excellent collaboration.

The potential base pay range for this role is 40.000-50.000€ annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
