Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related modern web technologies to deliver fast and scalable user experiences.
• Develop both customer-facing insurance products and internal AI-powered operational tools that support automation workflows.
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into responsive, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces.
• Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and AI services to enable seamless end-to-end workflows.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through continuous optimization.
• Design and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable frontend architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices across the frontend team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement of frontend tooling and architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience building production-grade web applications with strong frontend fundamentals.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript for modern frontend development.
• Experience with frameworks such as Next.js or similar (Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and scalable frontend design patterns.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance and debugging production issues.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively in distributed teams.
• Comfortable operating in a product-driven, rapidly evolving environment.
