Accountabilities:

    As a senior technology and consulting leader, you will guide enterprise clients through complex customer data activation initiatives, combining architecture expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on knowledge of modern marketing technology ecosystems.

    • Lead executive advisory engagements focused on customer data, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and enterprise activation strategies.
    • Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define multi-year transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and technology strategies that align marketing and business objectives.
    • Architect enterprise activation frameworks, including customer data models, identity strategies, audience segmentation approaches, journey orchestration, and cross-channel engagement solutions.
    • Design and advise on solutions leveraging customer experience platforms, including data architecture, schema strategies, audience management, analytics, personalization, and campaign execution capabilities.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior marketing, technology, and analytics leaders.
    • Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, maturity models, and thought leadership materials that strengthen industry expertise and delivery excellence.
    • Support strategic sales initiatives by leading discovery sessions, shaping proposals, defining engagement approaches, and contributing technical expertise during client pursuits.
    • Create executive-level deliverables including architecture blueprints, transformation strategies, activation playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
    • Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice through coaching, knowledge sharing, and talent development.
    • Influence best practices across customer data activation, marketing technology architecture, and digital experience transformation.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced technology strategist with deep expertise in customer data platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation consulting.

      • 12+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology architecture, customer data consulting, or related fields.
      • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving complex organizations, executive stakeholders, and multi-year initiatives.
      • Strong expertise in customer data activation concepts, including identity resolution, first-party data strategy, audience segmentation, journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and measurement frameworks.
      • Advanced knowledge of enterprise customer experience platforms and ecosystems, including customer data platforms, journey orchestration, analytics, personalization, and campaign management technologies.
      • Experience designing data models, activation strategies, and technical architectures that support enterprise personalization programs.
      • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with CMOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior business and technology leaders.
      • Strong consulting background with experience facilitating executive workshops, defining strategic recommendations, and influencing complex decision-making processes.
      • Ability to connect technical architecture decisions with business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
      • Experience developing methodologies, industry points of view, thought leadership content, or internal enablement materials.
      • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to mentor technical teams and contribute to building organizational capabilities.
      • Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as retail, financial services, healthcare, media, or consumer technology is preferred.

          • US Remote: $154,700 - $190,000 USD
