Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute customized clinical training programs aligned with healthcare professional learning needs and therapeutic priorities in oncology, particularly hematology and ovarian cancer.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify knowledge gaps and create tailored education plans.
- Coach and support healthcare professionals throughout their learning journey by providing guidance, feedback, and progress evaluations.
- Deliver virtual learning sessions, one-on-one coaching, and expert-led educational activities to support clinical development.
- Provide education on treatment administration protocols, patient monitoring practices, and safe and effective product use.
- Share scientific and clinical knowledge through evidence-based training programs focused on treatment management and patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare education leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful learning experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted resource for training needs related to administration techniques and clinical practices.
- Ensure all activities align with industry guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Support oncology-focused initiatives by applying current clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare environments.
- Registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional with relevant clinical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology expertise, particularly in hematology and/or ovarian cancer.
- Strong clinical, medical, and scientific knowledge within oncology and related therapeutic areas.
- Strong understanding of cancer centers in Canada and their operational environments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare education, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and healthcare education methodologies is preferred.
- Understanding of Canadian healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and evolving healthcare landscapes is an asset.

- Excellent communication, active listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
