Accountabilities:
- Prospecting and identifying potential B2B clients through outbound channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
- Researching target accounts, industries, and decision-makers within fintech, payments, and related sectors
- Building and managing outbound sequences, cadences, and follow-up strategies
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach performance and messaging
- Consistently achieving activity, outreach, and pipeline generation targets
- Staying informed on fintech trends, payment solutions, and industry developments
- Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and prospect engagement strategies
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales roles
- Experience in a B2B sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through abilities
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or financial services is a strong asset
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or AI-assisted sales workflows is a plus
- Experience in startups or SaaS environments is considered an advantage
