Accountabilities:

    The Enterprise Account Executive - Emerging Markets will own a territory-based sales role focused on developing enterprise opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and driving new business growth. The position requires strong strategic selling skills, customer engagement expertise, and the ability to consistently deliver against revenue goals.

    • Sell software solutions to enterprise clients seeking advanced matter management and operational solutions.
    • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
    • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Clearly communicate product value and business impact to prospective customers.
    • Provide insights that help prospects evaluate solutions and make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Develop customized sales messaging and strategies based on customer needs and market opportunities.
    • Guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing processes while maintaining timelines and expectations.
    • Create territory plans and strategies to increase pipeline generation.
    • Partner with sales development teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reporting through CRM tools.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Provide performance updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven ability to manage complex buying processes, exceed quotas, and build strong customer relationships. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience selling software solutions.

      • 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
      • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
      • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, and objection handling.
      • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and customer evaluation processes.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
      • Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
      • Motivation to contribute to a growing organization and take ownership of business outcomes.
