Job Mission:
The Health, Safety & Facility Coordinator supports the Site Manager in ensuring a safe, compliant and well-functioning manufacturing site. The role coordinates health, safety, environmental and facility-related activities; provides reliable administrative and operational support; and contributes to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the site.

Job Mission:
The Health, Safety & Facility Coordinator supports the Site Manager in ensuring a safe, compliant and well-functioning manufacturing site. The role coordinates health, safety, environmental and facility-related activities; provides reliable administrative and operational support; and contributes to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and support site health, safety and environmental activities in line with applicable legislation, company policies and internal standards.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports, training matrices, risk assessments and administrative files, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives, inspections, audits, incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Promote a visible and positive safety culture through proactive communication, employee engagement and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate facility-related services, including suppliers, contractors, maintenance providers and external service partners.
- Support contractor management activities, including site access, safety requirements, documentation and coordination of on-site work.
- Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site administration, reporting, presentations, meeting preparation and follow-up of operational actions.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, contractors and external service providers on HSE, facility and site-administration matters.
- Monitor open actions and priorities, take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure issues are driven through to completion.
- Support the effective operation of the site in a dynamic manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance.
- Proactive, structured and service-minded approach, with strong planning, organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- High integrity, accountability and sound judgement, particularly when handling health, safety and regulatory compliance matters.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant HSE and/or facility management systems.
- Comfortable preparing reports, presentations and administrative documentation.
- Fluency in German and good English language skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, HSE, facility management or site administration is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and facility-related services is an advantage.
- Adaptable, approachable and collaborative, with the ability to support both operational site needs and the administrative requirements of the Site Manager.
