What would you do? Perform quality assurance and validation activities for CRM campaign data, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign configurations. Ensure customer data, audience selection logic, suppression rules, and segmentation criteria are accurately implemented before campaign deployment. Validate campaign setup across CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure the right audience receives the right communication at the right time. Work closely with campaign developers, data teams, marketers, project managers, and technology teams to identify and resolve data-related defects. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, compliance, campaign quality, and operational excellence. Support campaign testing, audit readiness, and defect management while ensuring adherence to established QA processes and governance standards
What are we looking for? Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree . 3+ years of experience in CRM Operations, Campaign QA, Data QA, Audience Management, or Marketing Technology. Experience validating audience segmentation, personalization logic, and campaign data quality within CRM platforms. Strong understanding of customer data structures, targeting methodologies, campaign workflows, and marketing operations processes. Proven ability to manage multiple QA assignments while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, data, development, and project management teams. Commitment to quality, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement in campaign delivery. Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts If required Skills : Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with AMPscript and dynamic content personalization. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong expertise in Data Building, Audience Creation, Data Segmentation, and Customer Targeting within CRM campaigns. Proficiency in validating customer data, segmentation logic, suppression criteria, customer attributes, and personalization rules. Experience performing data quality checks to ensure accurate audience selection and campaign targeting. Strong understanding of CRM campaign workflows, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies. Ability to validate campaign requirements against implemented audience and segmentation logic. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies, defects, and campaign configuration issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Skills: CRM Platform Certifications. Experience with: MAP / Lighthouse, MAPP, HighTouch Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity resolution, and data integration concepts. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Workfront. Knowledge of data privacy regulations, anti-spam requirements, and industry best practices for marketing campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Validate audience segmentation, suppression logic, customer targeting, and campaign setup before deployment. Perform detailed data quality checks to ensure the correct audience is selected and all business rules are applied accurately. Verify customer attributes, segmentation criteria, personalization logic, dynamic content, and campaign triggers. Review campaign data flows and identify inconsistencies that may impact campaign accuracy or customer experience. Conduct end-to-end testing of campaign data, targeting logic, and customer journeys across CRM platforms. Validate data mappings, audience counts, exclusions, control groups, and deployment readiness. Investigate and resolve data, segmentation, and campaign configuration issues identified during QA cycles. Support UAT, regression testing, pre-deployment validation, and post-deployment quality reviews. Ensure campaign activities comply with data privacy regulations, anti-spam laws, and organizational governance requirements. Maintain detailed documentation of QA activities, test cases, defects, resolutions, and audit trails. Partner with campaign developers, data teams, marketing teams, and project managers to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance segmentation accuracy, data quality, and campaign effectiveness. Work Orchestration & Operational Excellence: Fully understand and utilize ticketing and request management systems to track campaign QA activities and defects. Maintain accurate records of assignments, status updates, testing outcomes, timestamps, and issue resolutions. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Desktop Procedures (DTPs), quality checklists, and governance requirements. Ensure all campaign QA activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels. Complete operational reporting requirements accurately and on time. Contribute to process improvements that strengthen campaign quality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
