Job Description:

OEM Sales (终端客户销售)

Role Responsibilities:

To prospect and expand business with new and existing customers in electronics component distribution industry.

在电子元器件分销领域,开发及维护客户/供应商。

Focus on expanding and maintaining business relationships/market share with new and existing customers. Works persistently on RFQ, quotation, stock checking, and Customer Order signing.

建立和维护良好稳定的业务关系,及时准确传递产品信息,报价及库存查询,最终达成意向及合同签订。

Be able to consistently explore and fulfill customer’s demand/request, identify opportunities to drive toward the strong result.

持续挖掘客户需求,完成销售任务。

Work as one team. Cooperate and communicate with different departments to keep everything goes smoothly.

讲究团队合作精神,做好与各部门的协调和沟通工作,保持工作与各部门的顺畅衔接。

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in Electronics or Business & Marketing is preferred.

本科及以上学历。电子类或市场营销,经济类相关专业优先。

3+ years broker industry working experience is preferred.

3年以上现货行业工作经验为佳。

Multinational company working experience is preferred.

跨国公司的工作经验为佳。

Good English ability in reading, writing and speaking.

良好的英文能力。

Aggressive sales personality in achieving qualified results and able to work under pressure.

具备销售潜质,能承受压力,结果导向型。

Good at Communications. Quick learner. Skills of office software.

沟通能力,学习能力强,能够熟练使用办公软件。

Hard-working and self-motivated. Team work spirit.

具吃苦精神且上进心强,有团队合作意识及敬业精神。
