Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, renewals, and procurement requests.
- Partner with internal teams including Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Marketing, and Operations to support procurement initiatives.
- Assist with sourcing activities, supplier selection, contract renewals, and purchasing operations.
- Support commercial negotiations, including pricing discussions, payment terms, and other contract-related considerations.
- Review contract terms, identify potential risks, and assist with contract updates in alignment with procurement and legal standards.
- Coordinate contract review, approval, and execution workflows with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate supplier, contract, and procurement records within contract lifecycle management systems.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval processes, and contracting requirements.
- Contribute to spend analysis, reporting, process improvements, and procurement optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, or a related business function.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting end-to-end contracting processes, including supplier engagement, contract review, approvals, and execution.
- Sound judgment when reviewing commercial terms and identifying issues requiring escalation to relevant teams.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, contract review, supplier research, and procurement outcomes.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Preferred experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Gatekeeper or similar tools is a plus.
- Interest in developing skills in contract management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $63,800–$83,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, market data, and internal considerations.
