Accountabilities:

    The Technical Program Manager, Customer Experience will oversee the successful delivery of complex technology programs that enhance customer journeys and business capabilities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate multiple teams and drive strategic initiatives.

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
    • Drive customer experience and account experience initiatives from strategy definition through successful execution.
    • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Business Operations teams to establish priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
    • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, resource plans, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    • Establish effective program governance processes, facilitate executive reporting, and support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor program performance through key metrics and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
    • Identify delivery risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
    • Balance scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives to ensure successful program outcomes.
    • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and delivery practices.
    • Support large-scale technology transformation initiatives and operational excellence efforts.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex technology programs within enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud environments. They combine technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver results across diverse teams.

      • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management delivering complex software or technology initiatives.
      • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
      • Experience managing customer-facing platforms, account management solutions, CRM initiatives, or customer experience programs.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities.
      • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
      • Experience working within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
      • Ability to create structure, drive accountability, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
      • Familiarity with customer lifecycle, customer success, or account management platforms is an asset.
      • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools is preferred.
      • Experience driving business transformation or operational improvement initiatives is an asset.
      • PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certifications are considered assets.
