You’ll support teams building products at the intersection of AI, simulation, operational data, and real-world industrial systems.About The RoleThis Recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across a range of engineering and technical roles, with a primary focus on hiring in EMEA. Day to day, you’ll work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent pools, and manage candidates through the recruitment process from outreach through to offer.You’ll be operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, so the ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and maintain momentum across multiple searches will be important.
