Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Business Central, you will specialize in technical support supporting incident resolution, troubleshooting and code fixing, of ERP application. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Support L2 Functional consultant through technical guidance and analysis • Perform code analysis to identify root causes • Develop required code change to fix application issues or integration/ API issues • Develop reports to fix data issue **Required technical and professional expertise** • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or 2018 (5-10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) • Ability to analyze data issues and functional inconsistencies • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes • Experience working in ITIL / AMS environments, ideally as L2/L3 application support • Comfortable working with ticketing tools and SLA-driven operations • Clear and structured communication with business stakeholders IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
