Accountabilities:

    Lead end-to-end recruitment for Salesforce and technical roles while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified, engaged candidates.

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding support
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and creative talent acquisition methods
    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and industry platforms
    • Coordinate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes
    • Manage offer negotiation, candidate communication, and ensure a strong overall candidate experience
    • Maintain accurate job postings, documentation, and recruitment tracking systems
    • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires
    • Requirements

      Experienced recruiter with strong Salesforce hiring expertise and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume technical recruitment cycles.

      • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Salesforce roles (Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, etc.)
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and technical hiring requirements
      • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in candidate and stakeholder conversations
      • Strong sourcing capabilities using both traditional and creative recruitment strategies
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
      • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
      • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Suite
