Role responsibilities
The Director of Project Management is responsible for leading the project management function across all engineering design projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with EOR standards. This role oversees project managers and drives operational performance while interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a PE license or PMP preferred. They must possess over 10 years of experience in engineering project management, particularly within Engineering of Record firms, and demonstrate success in managing large infrastructure or utility-scale solar projects.
