We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our Client Support Services (CSS) NA Team based in Mexico’s Office (Torre Mayor): Administrative Treaty Reinsurance VP

Client Support Services (CSS) is comprised of global service teams who are assigned to specific client (customer) accounts to handle contracts, claims and accounting.
In this role you will be an integral member of Guy Carpenter’s a business by Marsh CSS Team leading Transactional Service’s activities because of clients and reinsurers interactions and processes, being responsible for processing technical transactions (e.g., settlement / payment and reporting) and ensuring they meet applicable payment warranties and/or conditions.

We will count on you to:
- Directs individuals to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.
- Integrates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to manage difficult transactional processes and ensures assigned tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner ensuring Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to in order to provide services in an efficient, effective and regulatory compliant manner.
- Drives team and department meetings and activities to share opinions, ideas, knowledge and solutions, and provides inputs for the evolution of the operational model at all levels of the organization in order to promote new process improvement ideas that leverage technology solutions.
- Develops complex information on accounting/claims process for Request For Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities in order to drive business growth.
- Manages settlement of funds to and from Client in a timely manner in order to ensure all applicable contractual payment terms; warranties and/or conditions are met.
- Implements processes to carry out reinsurance audit/reviews with clients and reinsurers and reviews open claims and/or premium activity, reconciles records in order to facilitate the review/audit process to ensure process quality.
- Collaborates with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with trouble shooting and to develop team resources.
- Establishes and drives relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to understand issues in order to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 4 Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A)
- Up to 5 years minimum of Professional experience in administrative activities in reinsurance especially in Treaty
- Strong analytical skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes within a changing environment.
- Successful management of workload; able to manage expectations of internal Clients and Stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, always delivering clear and concise messages and promoting and enhancing the Guy Carpenter brand.
- Consistently deliver superior Client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
- Advanced English proficiency is a must
