Accountabilities:
- Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to define, prioritize, and deliver shared AI/ML capabilities across multiple product areas.
- Drive adoption and measurable impact of machine learning initiatives by identifying opportunities, removing blockers, and communicating value across the organization.
- Act as a customer-focused product leader, understanding the needs of internal teams and external stakeholders to guide impactful solutions.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions within the machine learning platform scope.
- Translate business needs and technical possibilities into clear product requirements, documentation, workflows, and development plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to develop, launch, monitor, and improve machine learning products and platform capabilities.
- Provide leadership and alignment across product, engineering, and data science teams by fostering collaboration and shared ownership.
- Own products throughout their lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex AI and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, engineering, or a related technical product role.
- Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry where security, privacy, and compliance are key considerations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML products, data platforms, infrastructure, or shared technical capabilities.
- Experience owning or advancing platforms, shared services, infrastructure products, or capabilities used across multiple teams.
- Technical curiosity and ability to engage with technical concepts, including code, APIs, data analysis, SQL, notebooks, logs, or system architecture when needed.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science teams on complex technical decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including experience creating product requirements documents, strategy presentations, technical specifications, diagrams, or workflows.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on both long-term vision and practical execution.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to understand different perspectives and align teams toward shared goals.
- Competitive total cash compensation range of approximately $170,000–$200,000 USD.
