Accountabilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize a product newsletter strategy to deliver engaging and informative updates to target audiences.
- Create and oversee marketing materials that clearly communicate brand messaging and value proposition across multiple channels.
- Plan, write, and manage SEO-optimized blog content to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Manage social media content strategy and execution, fostering engagement and strengthening community presence.
- Ensure consistency in all outgoing communications, maintaining a unified and coherent brand voice.
- Develop compelling case studies that highlight product impact, customer success, and business outcomes.
- Lead the creation and execution of a “Revenue Cycle Management” video series, from concept development to production and distribution.
- 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
- Proven ability to manage social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement.
- Experience in video content creation or editing is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management or ability to quickly learn complex industry topics.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
