What You Can Expect

We are looking for a Demand Planning (Senior) Specialist to drive accurate, insight-led demand planning for a designated market. In this role, you will work across Sales, Marketing and Finance to improve forecast quality, support business decisions, and help ensure a smooth and effective planning process. 

How You'll Create Impact

  • Manage the demand planning process from demand collection to approved demand plan
  • Analyze historical and current demand trends and build reliable market baselines
  • Improve forecast accuracy and overall demand plan quality for designated products and countries
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting issues, risks, and recommended solutions to improve future demand plans
  • Review and document business assumptions used in demand plans
  • Support demand review meetings and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Your Background

  • Master’s degree is most commonly expected; no specific field of study is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in demand planning or a closely related supply chain planning role; experience in MedTech is preferred but not required
  • Solid background in demand planning, including forecasting, demand analysis, and baseline development
  • Experience with forecasting tools, SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
