Creates work schedules, evaluates their performance and resolves employee complaints. Additionally, this Supervisor is responsible for the quality of work, the productivity of the department, the moral of the department, the working relationship with the medical staff, and employee adherence to facility and departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.What you will doInterviews, selects and onboards team members. Provides training in accordance with RHS policies and aligns with regulatory environment of care standards.
