Accountabilities

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing relationships with startup founders, and developing strategies to expand business opportunities. The role combines sales execution, market analysis, and partnership development to support growth objectives.

    • Manage inbound leads generated through marketing activities and schedule meetings with international startup founders and potential clients.
    • Present and explain platform solutions, demonstrating value and benefits to prospective customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and potential business risks.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and monitor customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
    • Support clients throughout the onboarding journey and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of B2B sales, startups, and investment-related environments. You should be comfortable working independently, managing international conversations, and building trust with entrepreneurial clients.

      • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related managerial role with a proven ability to deliver growth results.
      • Experience in startup ecosystems, investment banking, fundraising, or technology-driven businesses is highly valued.
      • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
      • Proven experience managing international B2B sales processes and client relationships.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
      • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
      • Passion for startups, technology, innovation, and fundraising ecosystems.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
      • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
