Accountabilities:

    • Perform general administrative tasks including document organization, file management, data entry, and maintenance of internal records and systems.
    • Support managers and team members with daily operational needs, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination of activities.
    • Assist with basic financial and administrative processes such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and reporting support.
    • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely responses across administrative channels.
    • Maintain document control systems and support process organization to ensure compliance and accessibility of key information.
    • Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting scheduling, coordination, and general office support activities.
    • Requirements:

      • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar operational role is preferred.
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
      • Experience with document management systems, filing processes, and data entry activities.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
      • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
      • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset with a willingness to support a fast-paced environment.
