Accountabilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end curriculum and learning journeys tailored to different audiences, ensuring alignment with business and competency needs.
- Create instructional materials across multiple formats including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, eLearning modules, simulations, job aids, and guides.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product teams, and delivery enablement stakeholders to translate technical and functional requirements into structured learning content.
- Conduct research and stakeholder engagement to build subject matter expertise and ensure training accuracy and relevance.
- Define course structure including objectives, outcomes, prerequisites, agendas, and detailed instructional storyboards.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
- Review, pilot, and continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Maintain version control and upload training content to designated learning platforms and repositories.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, ideally across ILT, virtual, and/or eLearning environments.
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven ability to design structured curriculum paths and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in global, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear learning content.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders while influencing without direct authority.
- Experience in technical training, software simulation development, or product training environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to SaaS, healthcare/life sciences, or sales/technical domains is a plus.
