POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to serve as Sales Executive. The successful candidate will develop business networks, identify new business prospects, and maintain professional and technical knowledge directly related to the company and industry. The position requires strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work well on a team. This is a challenging, fast-paced opportunity for experienced sales professionals to use their prior knowledge and elevate their careers to the next level. 

LOCATION 

This position is onsite based in Portland, OR. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Identify business opportunities by isolating prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options; convert prospects into customers. 

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements. 

  • Organize, lead, and participate in company initiatives and events. 

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. 

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing team goals as set by manager. 

  • Liaison inter-departmentally to ensure team productivity and cohesiveness. 

  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data. 

  • Place marketing requests for clients; implement marketing platforms and resources for clients. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • Sales Background: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates in real estate, title, mortgage, or related industries. 

  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop, nurture, and sustain strong professional partnerships within the industry. 

  • Results-Driven Mindset: Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable leveraging CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and digital plus social marketing tools to drive business growth. 

  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. 

  • Must be willing to travel locally up to 50 percent of the time. 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to generate and interpret spreadsheet data. 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. 

  • Ability to articulate challenges and anticipate and solve problems. 

  • Responsive to client inquiries in a professional and proactive manner. 

  • Works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests. 

  • Ability to meet/manage deadlines with consistent follow-through. 

  • Enjoys working in partnership or on a team. 

  • Flexible work schedule to allow for attendance at company events. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. The base salary (exempt) or hourly rate (non-exempt) is just one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including potential bonus or commission eligibility, insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability), matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
