The Agentic Security team in Microsoft Security is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join the Executive Office and support the Leadership Team. This role will report to the Chief of Staff and provide business operations support to senior leaders across the organization, including rhythm of business planning, team communications, event logistics, content management, headcount and budget processes, and AI-enabled operational improvements.   Agentic Security is building the industry’s most effective agentic security system, enabling organizations to shift from human-led security operations to trusted autonomous protection powered by Microsoft’s comprehensive security signals and threat intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale the operating model for a new, AI-first organization with significant customer, product, and business impact.  A successful candidate will have experience supporting a senior (VP or higher) Leadership Team member in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning, organization, time management, communication, and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating through ambiguity, adapting quickly as business needs evolve, and willing to learn and use AI tools to improve business operations, communications, and decision support. They must be able to stay focused under pressure, maintain positive and professional interactions, and build credibility with internal and external partners. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
