Job Description
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
Your Role:
An inventory analyst monitors stock levels to ensure materials and products are available when needed. They analyze inventory data, demand trends, and supply patterns to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce shortages or excess stock. They work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and support operational efficiency. The role also involves preparing reports, identifying discrepancies, and recommending actions to control inventory costs.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute annul physical Inventory plan.
Perform Inventory analysis for shortage / overstock, root causes and action plan.
Perform cycle counts to resolve inventory variances.
Support Run-out activities.
lead the analysis & execution activities for obsolete & Slow-moving material.
Analyze & capture internal process gaps, area of improvements and communicate it with all stakeholders.
Perform Quarter management review for Inventory and obsolete results
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Educational and Experience Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
1 ~ 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material planning, or supply chain analysis.
Technical Skills:
Reporting, and reconciliation, cycle counts, BOM-related issues, and cross-functional coordination is especially valuable.
