Accountabilities

• Act as a technical reference for the development team, supporting architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across projects
• Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality through strong focus on performance, security, maintainability, and observability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Support system design and evolution in partnership with software architects, ensuring alignment with long-term technical strategy
• Break down complex requirements into technical specifications, estimates, and actionable delivery plans
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, automation, and technical debt reduction
• Mentor developers at different levels, fostering technical growth and promoting a strong engineering culture
• Participate in incident resolution, post-mortems, and root cause analysis, driving preventive improvements

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Software Developer working in complex, production-grade systems
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C#, React, or Angular
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus) and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and cloud architecture concepts
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Git-based version control workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Collaborative mindset with ownership attitude and focus on delivering value
