Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of Account Managers across the Western United States.
- Drive regional sales performance by setting clear activity expectations, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular field engagement activities including customer visits, ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop new sales professionals as the region scales and expands.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze sales performance trends and implement corrective action plans to improve results and productivity.
- Support key customer presentations, negotiations, and strategic account development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Strong experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining sales professionals.
- Deep understanding of staffing sales cycles, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and implement performance improvements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent industry experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Western United States.
- Base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (depending on experience).
