Accountabilities:

    The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, security, and continuous evolution of infrastructure and cloud environments while supporting development and operations teams through automation and best practices.

    • Design, implement, administer, and optimize IT infrastructure environments, including physical, virtualized, and cloud-based platforms.
    • Act as a technical reference for architecture decisions involving Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud solutions.
    • Execute hybrid cloud migrations between on-premise environments and public cloud platforms.
    • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
    • Manage and evolve Kubernetes production environments and microservices platforms.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
    • Implement DevSecOps practices, including access management, secrets management, compliance, and security controls within pipelines.
    • Establish advanced observability solutions using monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.
    • Integrate continuous code quality analysis processes through tools such as SonarQube.
    • Support infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and prevention of recurring technical issues.
    • Deploy and maintain applications across different cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define, improve, and document operational processes and technology standards.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate should have strong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise technology environments, with the ability to solve complex problems and collaborate across teams.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields.
      • At least 5 years of proven experience working with DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and critical technology environments.
      • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vCenter, vCloud Director, and Proxmox VE with Ceph.
      • Advanced Linux administration skills, including scripting and command-line tools.
      • Experience with Git-based workflows and DevOps practices.
      • Solid networking knowledge, including HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, SSH, and load balancers.
      • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
      • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Rancher, and container orchestration environments.
      • Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitOps, Helm, and ArgoCD.
      • Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube.
      • Familiarity with observability platforms including Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK/Kibana, Splunk, Zabbix, Dynatrace, or similar solutions.
      • Programming or scripting experience with Python, Ruby, Bash, or Golang.
      • Experience provisioning and managing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
      • Ability to work with autonomy, urgency, and a problem-solving mindset.
      • Strong collaboration skills, proactive communication, and commitment to documentation and continuous improvement.
      • Nice-to-have qualifications:

        • Additional CI/CD tools experience, such as Jenkins, Nexus, or similar platforms.
        • Cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
        • Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD.
        • Experience with highly available and mission-critical environments.
