Accountabilities

    As a Senior Product Manager, CRM, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of a CRM product area, ensuring that customer needs, business goals, and technical opportunities are aligned.

    • Define and execute the CRM product vision and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
    • Own the evolution of the product’s data model, including supporter records, data quality, segmentation logic, reporting, and scalability improvements.
    • Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical trade-offs, migrations, architecture decisions, and complex data challenges.
    • Develop powerful segmentation and audience management capabilities that enable users to better understand and engage their supporters.
    • Build communication and engagement features that help organizations improve outreach, measure impact, and increase meaningful interactions.
    • Identify opportunities to grow the product as an acquisition and retention engine through thoughtful feature development.
    • Conduct continuous user research, gather feedback, identify underlying problems, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
    • Define success metrics, measure product performance, and continuously iterate based on customer behavior and business impact.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate product strategy and align teams around shared goals.
    • Explore opportunities for AI-powered workflows and innovative product experiences that improve user productivity.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with strong B2B SaaS expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to build data-intensive products from strategy through execution.

      • 5+ years of experience in product management, with previous experience building B2B SaaS products or platform solutions.
      • Proven ability to own product outcomes end-to-end and make effective decisions in ambiguous environments with limited resources.
      • Strong understanding of data models, including schemas, relationships, migrations, uniqueness constraints, and architectural trade-offs.
      • Experience building data-heavy products such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, segmentation products, or similar solutions.
      • Familiarity with communication platforms and engagement tools, including email marketing, transactional messaging, notifications, or SMS workflows.
      • Ability to work comfortably with data, including SQL concepts such as JOINs and CTEs, and use insights to guide product decisions.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user behavior and business data into actionable strategies.
      • Experience designing products for non-technical users, especially customers with limited resources and complex operational needs.
      • Excellent user research and communication skills, with the ability to separate real customer problems from feature requests.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
      • Strong product judgment with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
      • Experience with AI-powered product development, prototypes, agents, or automation workflows is a plus.
      • Knowledge of nonprofit operations, fundraising, CRM systems, segmentation tools, or query platforms is a plus.
