Sr Contracts Representative

As a Sr. Contracts Representative at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will support the Legal organization by managing and coordinating the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle. 

You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, R&D, Finance, and other business functions to facilitate efficient contract execution while helping ensure legal compliance and alignment with company policies. This role also contributes to continuous improvements of contracting processes, templates, and workflows.

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a high volume of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using approved company standards and playbooks.
  • Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders and outside counsel when required.
  • Provide practical legal guidance to business teams regarding confidentiality obligations and contractual risk.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, internal approval processes, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Manage contract records and maintain accurate documentation within the contract management system.
  • Monitor agreement status and support timely execution and renewal activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates, clause libraries, and standard processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in contract review and execution.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract status, execution requirements, and standard contractual provisions.
  • Perform other contract administration and legal support responsibilities as assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • 5+ years of experience reviewing, coordinating, or managing contracts, NDAs, procurement agreements, or similar commercial documents.
  • Experience supporting Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, sourcing, supplier onboarding, or commercial contracting processes.
  • Ability to review contract language carefully and identify non-standard or potentially risky terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

 

WE VALUE:

  • Experience with NDA review, procurement contracting, supplier onboarding, or contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Paralegal certificate, legal studies background, business degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to follow playbooks, templates, approved fallback positions, and escalation guidelines.
  • Good judgment to distinguish routine NDA issues from matters requiring Legal review.
  • Strong organization skills and interest in improving processes, turnaround times, and contract intake workflows.
  • Clear, practical, and business-oriented communication style.
