**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor for partners and clients using our advertising and platform products. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical challenges, unblock partners facing issues, and help them scale their growth on Meta's platforms. You will work at the intersection of technology and strategy, translating product capabilities into measurable business outcomes while partnering closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure partners can successfully leverage Meta's advertising solutions. **Required Skills:** Technical Solutions Consultant Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners and clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across Meta's advertising and platform products 2. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges related to Meta's monetization products including signals, measurement, and ads delivery to unblock partner growth 3. Analyze partner technical architectures and data flows to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions that enable partners to scale effectively 4. Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market process for launching new products and supporting existing ones 5. Advise clients and partners on best practices for utilizing Meta's advertising solutions to maximize their business outcomes 6. Leverage AI-integrated workflows to accelerate root cause analysis, solution development, and partner-facing communications 7. Develop and deliver technical documentation and troubleshooting guides that enable partners to self-serve and resolve common issues 8. Identify patterns across partner issues and propose scalable fixes, tooling improvements, or automation to reduce recurring friction across the support funnel 9. Provide technical guidance to peers on complex troubleshooting scenarios, sharing learnings and best practices to elevate the team's capability **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management role supporting external partners or clients 11. 4+ years of experience working with web or mobile APIs, including diagnosing integration issues, reviewing API documentation, and guiding the implementation 12. Experience analyzing complex technical problems and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences 13. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and go-to-market functions to deliver partner-facing solutions 14. Experience using data and metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and communicate outcomes to stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 16. Familiarity with advertising measurement concepts such as attribution modeling, signal quality optimization, or privacy-preserving data practices 17. Experience building or contributing to technical enablement assets such as integration playbooks, troubleshooting guides, or developer documentation 18. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 19. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 20. Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate technical analysis, solution design, or content development in a client-facing context 21.
