Accountabilities

    You will serve as a key educator-facing expert responsible for driving successful adoption of instructional tools through training, consultation, and ongoing partnership.

    • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person professional development sessions for educators and district leaders
    • Support schools and districts in implementing effective instructional strategies aligned with classroom needs
    • Lead webinars and regional live events, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support pilots, onboarding, and account growth
    • Partner with education stakeholders to strengthen instructional practices and product integration
    • Travel to schools and districts for on-site training sessions, particularly during peak implementation periods
    • Maintain strong organizational oversight of multiple concurrent projects, events, and training schedules
    • Requirements

      You bring strong classroom experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting educators through training and instructional improvement.

      • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
      • 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience, with leadership experience at school or department level preferred
      • Experience delivering professional development or educator training strongly preferred
      • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
      • Highly organized with strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
      • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
      • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom
      • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including up to 60% during peak seasons
      • Must be located near a major airport in the Northeastern United States
