Asset & Wealth Management Program Manager, Associate
The Early Career Development Team is responsible for designing the end-to-end journey for the Analysts & Associates in the Asset & Wealth Management Early Careers Program. In the US Private Bank, this role is specifically focused on ensuring that this pipeline of future Advisors are positioned for success. The Analyst & Associate Program Manager position plays a variety of roles including supporting junior talent, coaching, developing, managing key stakeholder relationships, and delivering on overall Program execution.
The Program Manager will work closely with Campus and Lateral Recruiting, Training, the Compensation Team and the Human Resources Business Advisors (HRBAs). This role provides an excellent opportunity for end-to-end ownership.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage core program processes including: program management, performance management, year-end processes (ratings, compensation, reviews)
• Work with key stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting strategies, training and development strategies, LOB engagement, performance management & compensation, and other key program strategies and decisions
• Partner with Global Program team to ensure consistent Program strategies, where applicable. Driving efficiency, productivity, and controls around key areas for global Program Management team will be crucial.
• Reporting and analyses on key development statistics for key stakeholders. E.g. retention and development assessments
• Manage the year-end compensation process for the program and work closely with Compensation and HRBAs and Program Management team, including analysis, audit reporting and escalations
• Partner with key stakeholders within US Private Bank to understand and advise on the talent landscape for the Analyst & Associate population.
• Make decisions based on changing business priorities as it pertains to Early Career Development
• Be the SME and go to person for all things related to Analysts & Associates
• Deliver the Program promotion processes across the US working with the Early Career Managers and Market Leadership
• Support program experience initiatives, including development program, Surveys, Global Program Council, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Relevant work in Project/Program Management or an HR related function
• Ability to deal with a wide range of ambiguous situations and conflicting deadlines
• Demonstrated experience to influence multiple stakeholders and strategic priorities
• Acute attention to detail, follow-through, and results orientation
• Able to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives
• High degree of initiative and autonomy but must be able to function successfully as part of a team

• Knowledge / experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Private Banking
