Workplace Services Assistant – JLL, B1
What this job involves:
As a Workplace Services Assistant, you will be a key member of the JLL team at our client, WPP, helping to create an inspiring and welcoming colocation environment. This role is at the heart of our 'One Workplace Team' model, where you will provide essential support to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the friendly and reliable face of our services, playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for all WPP employees and guests by focusing on the details that make a workplace function seamlessly.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Process and manage incoming work orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with our service partners and vendors to schedule on-site services.
- Serve as a helpful communication link between WPP employees, JLL management, and our service providers.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee and occupant requests, providing helpful and timely information.
- Maintain accurate operational documents and records.
- Assist with tracking operational expenses to support budget management.
- Support the team in ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with agreed standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional manner.
- A customer-focused attitude and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team under close supervision.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions for routine tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, reception, or hospitality.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite.
- An interest in facilities management or commercial real estate.
- Ability to organize and handle multiple routine tasks.
- A proactive and positive approach to your work.

Estimated compensation for this position:
50,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
