Job Description
Inspire, excel and grow with us
At U.S. Bank, we're reimagining how technology, operations, and user experience come together to deliver exceptional outcomes. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Strategy & Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the next generation of platform capabilities within our WCIBO Digital Product Portfolio.
This is an opportunity to lead experienced Product Managers and Product Owners, influence product strategy at scale, and drive meaningful business impact from idea to execution. If you're energized by solving complex problems, aligning business and technology priorities, and building products that users love, we'd like to hear from you
What You'll Do
As the Product Strategy & Delivery Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue between business strategy, technology delivery, and user needs. You'll:
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on delivering high-value platform capabilities.
Shape product roadmaps and establish priorities that balance business objectives, user feedback, operational needs, and technical capacity.
Drive products through the full lifecycle—from idea and requirements gathering to design, implementation, and execution.
Partner closely with Technology, Business Analysis, User Adoption, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Identify delivery risks early, resolve roadblocks, and adapt plans when priorities shift.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, helping teams bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Champion user-centered design and experiences that improve platform adoption and effectiveness.
What Makes This Role Exciting
This isn't a traditional product management leadership role. You'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Influence the future direction of a growing enterprise platform.
✅ Lead a team that owns the entire product journey—from vision to delivery.
✅ Work across business and technology teams to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
✅ Drive meaningful improvements to user experience, scalability, and platform growth.
✅ Lead through change, innovation, and continuous evolution in a fast-paced environment
Success in This Role
You thrive when balancing long-term strategy with practical execution. You're comfortable getting close to the work, coaching teams through challenges, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring products are delivered with quality, purpose, and impact. You know how to connect business vision to technical execution while keeping the end-user experience at the center of every decision.
