Required Skills :
- Ability to Install, Configure Applications on Windows servers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Application performance/functionality issues with vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge on Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing
- OnBase Admin skills. Nice to Possess OCSA certification.
- IIS Administration Knowledge (Application pool management, Service restart, pools scheduling, etc)
- Good experience with installing/configuring/troubleshooting SSL certificates.
- Windows server upgrading, patching, troubleshooting
- Need to be strong in Communication skills
- Able to interact with US Vendors
- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
General Duties and Tasks :
- Oversee the daily performance of EAS applications, CPU utilizations, Memory and I/O utilization.
- Provide solutions to the problems, inquires raised by business for Applications and Servers.
- Engage vendors and follow up on the issues raised by users.
- Perform application upgrades, migrations and other software required for running the EAS applications.
- Validate the applications after every upgrade, migration, patching to verify the correctness of the applications.
- Perform configuration changes and setup application pools schedules as per the requirements.
- Install the application packages to the user desktops upon request.
- Perform RCA's to the production incidents and handle repetitive issues via problem tasks.
- Identify areas to reduce errors, implement automation and improve operational efficiencies.
- Perform daily health check and resolve any issues that might occur before the business starts.
- Prepare understanding documents and operational procedures for each EAS application and Train the team in providing the assistance on the applications to the users.
- Need to be On-Call in the weekends in rotation
- Need to work in different shifts and weekends in rotation including night shifts.
