Accountabilities:
- Perform manual testing of mobile applications, evaluating functionality, user flows, interfaces, and usability.
- Validate new features before release, ensuring they meet quality standards and product expectations.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create testing evidence, including screenshots, videos, and detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process materials.
- Perform troubleshooting activities to investigate issues and support resolution efforts.
- Manipulate and analyze data to generate insights that support product decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure quality throughout delivery cycles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience and product performance.
- Experience with manual testing (QA), product support, product operations, business analysis, or similar areas. Relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Strong written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in functionality, behavior, and usability.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and a basic understanding of how digital products operate.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Logical reasoning skills for problem analysis and scenario simulation.
- Knowledge of UX principles and usability practices is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous experience with financial products, banking, or fintech environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
