Accountabilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across email, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Manage the full marketing funnel from awareness generation through MQL-to-SQL conversion, ensuring lead quality, volume, and velocity.
- Build and execute ABM strategies targeting enterprise accounts across priority industries and geographic markets.
- Partner with sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles, account segmentation, and pipeline coverage strategies.
- Own marketing automation activities, including campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture workflows, and lifecycle programs.
- Maintain data quality, lead routing processes, and campaign tracking across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Develop attribution models, tracking frameworks, and reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Create dashboards and performance reports covering pipeline contribution, lead conversion, acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
- Use analytics to identify optimization opportunities and make proactive decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, creative, sales, and partner marketing teams to deliver the right messaging and assets throughout the buyer journey.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and paid media partners to improve performance across digital channels.
- Support continuous improvement of demand generation processes, tools, and strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or similar marketing roles.
- Experience working within enterprise technology, SaaS, IT services, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of creating demand generation programs that generate measurable pipeline, not only lead volume.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
- Experience building and optimizing ABM programs targeting enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel performance data and communicate insights to leadership.
- Experience managing campaign reporting, attribution models, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
- Experience with paid media platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic channels is a plus.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms such as Bombora, 6sense, or Demandbase is beneficial.
- Experience with content syndication programs, analyst relations, or enterprise marketing partnerships is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $115,000–$125,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
