Based in Herndon, VA, this is a high-impact role where you will define cloud strategy, guide architectural evolution, and help modernize mission-critical systems that support the safety and efficiency of the nation’s airspace. As a senior technical leader, you will drive cloud adoption across complex federal environments—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant with federal standards. Your work will directly support the evolution of the National Airspace System, ensuring it is ready for future demands while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and reliability.  #BNATC#LSI2 Qualifications Required Qualifications:Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance15+ years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise IT, or systems engineeringBachelor's degree is required (an additional 4 years of experience can be accepted in lieu of degree)Deep expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GovCloud) and cloud migration and application modernization strategiesStrong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (FedRAMP, RMF, NIST 800-53) and Zero Trust Architecture principlesExperience supporting large-scale federal or DoD programsBackground in mission-critical or safety-critical systemsITIL certification and experience integrating cloud into IT service management (ITSM)Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with FAA or National Airspace System (NAS) programsFamiliarity with teal-time systems and low-latency architecture and edge...
