Management and Program Analyst (MEPRS)

About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Review, analyze, and validate man-hour and staffing data to ensure accuracy for decision-making. Identify discrepancies or trends in reported data and coordinate corrections with departments Maintain and update organizational, staffing, and reporting information to keep records accurate and compliant. Prepare recurring reports, reconcile data, and provide information to leadership and stakeholders. Train staff on proper time reporting procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate submissions.
