**Summary:** The focus of the Program Controls Lead will include leadership of monthly global financial close and Capacity Planning cycle, operationalizing the most critical global project controls team initiatives and tooling, and providing commercial analytics and insights for Global Cost Controls and risk reporting functions to Data Center leadership and cross-functional partners.This is a critical lead role in the Project Controls Organization that supports the highest priority strategic and tactical functions of the global team. Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills are expected in this highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic role. This position will work closely with the DEC Project Controls team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, Pre-Construction, Engineering / Capacity & Deployment Strategy, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, and Sourcing and Operations Engineering. **Required Skills:** Program Controls Lead, Data Center Project Development Responsibilities: 1. Lead the strategic development and implementation of critical global project controls execution team initiatives, including operationalizing and tracking team-level goals, identifying & implementing efficiency opportunities, and fostering cross-functional partnerships 2. Lead global Project Controls deliverable efforts for Quarter-Close process, Continuous Capacity Planning (CP), Long-Range Planning, and Annual Budget establishment & reporting for the Project Controls team, including calendar/deliverable communication, cross-functional interface (Systems and Business Intelligence/Tooling, Capacity & Deployment Strategy Planning, Business Controls Operations, etc.), programmatic cash flow trends / analytics, and lead packaging of final deliverables to business partners (Strategic Planning and Analytics, Finance, Accounting) 3. Provide programmatic analytics for Cost, Schedule, Change, and Risk information as well as correlation with other technical pillars, to identify insights for leadership through monthly and quarterly reporting 4. Analyze, organize, and support communication of Project Controls commercial health (financial, change, and risk) with Area Project Controls Managers, Leads, Design Engineering and Construction leadership, and business partners 5. Oversees holistic project controls tooling including process improvements, system stability and strategic improvements 6. Support the development and execution of the AI strategy for project controls, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and foresight 7. Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for cross-functional peers and team members regarding project controls questions and issues 8. Maintain relationships with Key Internal Partners through ongoing communication, performance feedback, and collaboration on programmatic initiatives 9. Providing training, mentoring, and support for Project Controls team members on Project Controls processes when needed 10. Approximately 25% travel required **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 10+ years of experience in construction, Real Estate Development, or capital project consulting 12. 5+ years in construction project controls or program controls, including forecasting and financial reporting 13. Proven experience with executive level reporting and presentations including mastery in PowerPoint/Google Slides. Experience synthesizing large data sets into simple and impactful insights and information 14. Experience leading highly complex programs and initiatives within a matrixed organization from start to finish **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 16. Program Management experience at a data center developer or large technology company 17. Management consulting experience for large corporations 18. Master's Degree in business administration, finance, economics, construction, engineering, or similar 19. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 20.
