We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries. Job DescriptionExperian is looking for Generative AI Lead who will drive the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to enable automation, improve data accessibility, drive efficiency and support innovation across enterprise platforms. This role will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for GenAI initiatives, working closely with enterprise applications and analytics teams to identify use cases and implement scalable AI solutions. The role will focus on building AI-powered solutions such as conversational assistants, intelligent automation, and data-driven copilots, while ensuring solutions are implemented with proper governance, security, and scalability. This is a hybrid working position. You will report to Delivery Manager of EDW Finance Systems - Business Analytics.Summary of Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Identify high-value GenAI use cases across enterprise platforms and data ecosystemsDevelop scalable AI architectures including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-powered assistantsIntegrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, analytics platforms, and data lake environmentsEstablish best practices and governance standards for responsible AI adoptionDrive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to accelerate AI adoptionPartner with architecture, engineering, and business teams to deliver practical AI-driven solutions What your background looks likeStrong experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architecturesExperience with Generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)Experience designing or implementing AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistantsFamiliarity with AI integration with enterprise applications and data platformsExperience working with data platforms, APIs, and modern cloud technologiesAbility to collaborate across teams and provide technical leadership on emerging technologiesQualificationsBachelor or Master's degree in computer science or Information Technology or related work experience5+ Strong experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architecturesExperience with Generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)Experience designing or implementing AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent assistantsFamiliarity with AI integration with enterprise applications and data platformsExperience working with data platforms, APIs, and modern cloud technologiesPython and SQL skills; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools PreferredAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
