Accountabilities:
- Design and own end-to-end integration architecture for UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Develop, configure, and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, SFTP, EDI, and file-based interfaces.
- Lead full lifecycle integration delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Implement and maintain integrations between UKG and enterprise systems such as ADP Payroll, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and benefits platforms.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure high data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and manage EDI setups, carrier integrations, and certification activities for benefits and third-party vendors.
- Define integration governance frameworks including monitoring, error handling, and operational support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in UKG integrations.
- Mandatory UKG Integration Certification.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central / UKG Ready integrations.
- Solid experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi), SFTP, CSV/XML, and EDI-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating UKG with HRIS, payroll, ERP, and benefits platforms such as ADP, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals modules.
- Experience in data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and integration monitoring/troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
