District of Columbia-Field Sales Technician

Role responsibilities

The Field Sales Technician will set up and troubleshoot ClearCaptions devices in customers' homes and train them on how to use these devices. They will also assist with lead generation and maintain customer records.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. They should be comfortable working with seniors and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
