Accountabilities:

    The CyberArk Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing privileged access management solutions to protect critical enterprise resources. The role requires ownership of CyberArk administration, account security, automation, and compliance activities.

    • Install, configure, administer, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
    • Manage CyberArk components including Digital Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
    • Onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, application accounts, databases, and network devices into CyberArk.
    • Configure password rotation policies, access controls, session recording, and privileged account lifecycle processes.
    • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
    • Develop and maintain application onboarding processes, REST API integrations, and automation scripts.
    • Troubleshoot CyberArk infrastructure issues, connector failures, password management problems, and authentication challenges.
    • Perform upgrades, patching, health checks, backups, recovery activities, and performance tuning.
    • Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, SOC, and security teams to implement effective privileged access controls.
    • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
    • Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementation guides.
    • Support incident response activities related to privileged account security.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and CyberArk administration, along with excellent technical and communication abilities.

      • 4–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or cybersecurity engineering roles.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
      • Hands-on experience implementing and administering CyberArk PAM solutions.
      • Strong knowledge of CyberArk Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, and Privileged Access Security (PAS).
      • Experience onboarding Windows, Linux, Unix, database, network device, and application accounts.
      • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Windows Server Administration, Linux Administration, REST APIs, SQL, TCP/IP networking, and IAM concepts.
      • Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and identity management solutions.
      • Familiarity with additional security technologies such as CyberArk EPM, Secrets Manager, Conjur, SailPoint, Microsoft security solutions, ServiceNow integrations, AWS IAM, Azure IAM, HashiCorp Vault, scripting, and DevOps environments is a plus.
      • Preferred certifications include CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CyberArk Guardian, CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE), Microsoft SC-300, Microsoft SC-100, CISSP, or CISM.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous learning.
