冠動脈疾患(CAD)の診断と治療の方法の変革を目指すイスラエルのケファルサバに拠点を置く非公開医療機器企業であるCathWorksを買収致しました。
人工知能(AI)と高度な計算科学を組み合わせたCathWorks FFRangio®システムは、冠状動脈ツリー全体に沿ってFFR値を提供する唯一の血管造影派生システムです。さらに、病変治療の生理学的影響の評価や、病変の寸法を測定するためのインタラクティブなサイジングツールなど、手技内最適化ツールを提供します。これらの機能を組み合わせることで、医師はより深い生理学的洞察を得ることができ、自信を持って患者中心の治療決定を下すことができます。
本募集は、全国導入される製品導入のサービスの提供となります。日本の顧客のニーズにあったサービス体制を構築し、設置前事前調査、設置、修理及び保守サービスを営業部門及びマーケティング等と連携を取りながら実施する。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたる。製造元技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をします。
Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”
装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務
顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
データ分析業務を行い、オペレーション改善を行う
顧客からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応業務を行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
CRDNの他製品の修理・点検業務（フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む）
CathWorks FFRangioの設置、定期保守、修理などを含むフィールド及び内勤業務
他事業の製品を取り扱う
Must Haves
Job Experience
情報/電機/機械工学分野いずれかの業務経験
Skills/Knowledge
英語力（TOEIC600点以上が望ましい）
良好なコミュニケーション能力
MSオフィス（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること
Competency
普通自動車運転免許
Education
学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)
